The King Abdulaziz Complex for Endowment Libraries is a Saudi institution that was established by Cabinet Resolution No. 389 on 15/09/1437 AH. The complex is supervised by a Board of Trustees headed by His Royal Highness, the Emir of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah region, and is organizationally linked to the Prime Minister
